**Update 12/15/20** #FarpointCon2021 will be a virtual convention taking place on Saturday 2/20/21 and Sunday 2/21/21 in response to the COVID pandemic. We will be posting an event schedule, links and instructions on accessing our online event in early February 2021. Greetings! This is Heather Mikkelsen, Chair for the Farpoint Art Show. We are looking forward to a great Art Show and we hope you’ll be joining us!
General Hours: Friday – 6:00 p.m.-7:30 p.m., Saturday 10:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m..
New this year – 10 bids will send a piece to the Auction on Sunday.
Artists’ Registration: Friday – 4:00 p.m.-7:30 p.m., Saturday 10:00 a.m.-12:00 Noon
Art Auction: Sunday – 11:00 a.m.-12:00 Noon
Artists’ Pick-up: Sunday – Before or After Auction, Circumstances Permitting but NO LATER than 3:00 p.m.
Art Sales Pick-Up: Sunday – After Auction – 1:00 p.m. but NO LATER than 3:00 p.m.
We WILL AGAIN offer items for quick sale. When the Art Show opens on Saturday or Sunday morning, if a piece of art has no bids on it, it may be purchased as the quick sale price.

PLEASE PRE-REGISTER VIA EMAIL. IF YOU DO NOT PRE-REGISTER, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE WE WILL BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THE AMOUNT OF SPACE YOU REQUEST. To pre-register, simply send an e-mail to the above e-mail address with your name, address, whether you are a mail-in or attending artist and how many panels and/or tables you will require. No control sheet is required until you send us your art. Mail-in artists can send us the non-attending fee and return shipping costs in advance (we won’t say no to money!) or they can send it along with their art.
Attending artists must be registered members of the convention; mail-in artists pay a $15.00 non-attending fee.
Due to space considerations, we will be limiting the amount of art we can display:
2D art (art displayed on panels) – 30 PIECES OR NO MORE THAN 3 PANELS
3D art (art displayed on tables) – 15 PIECES
If you’d like to bring/mail in more than the above, you are welcome to do so. However, please list your pieces on your Control Sheet in order of preference in case we cannot display them all.
There is no hanging fee for items entered for sale. The Art Show collects a 12% commission on all sales.
Bid sheets will be prepared BY US for all mail-in artists.
